Neurovascular Surgery: Surgery For A Stroke Hematoma
This elderly lady was a case of spontaneous Subarachnoid & Intracerebral Hemorrhage due to a large middle Cerebral Aneurysm on the left. She was in a poor clinical grade. Operated by a Coventional Microsurgical clipping, showed a gradual recovery to a MRS of 4; remaining dependent.
